My Question or Issue

most of the time when i try to open a playlist or an album in my spotify desktop app, it buffers/refreshes. it first goes black, and then shows the page i was on again. music keeps playing, but the app keeps refreshing/reloading if i try to open a playlist. this occassionally stops happening, but the majority of the time i cant open anything.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community! 

 

First up, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and PC. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

 

If the aforementioned steps don't do the trick, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens? You can create a hotspot and use that.
