Hey @SparrowPriest,

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you check if you're able to rate it on a different device/the web player? If not, try marking a few episodes as played and see if the issue persists.

Keep us posted.

I'm having this same problem and haven't come across a solution yet.
In my searches I came across another user having the same problem, following the same steps and advice, and the staff response was "make a new account," which is not ideal for a variety of reasons.

It seems that a user can rate a podcast only on mobile apps

Hi there, @Stanley8,

Thanks for joining the thread!

It should be possible to rate shows on desktop too! Just go to a show you're enjoying, tap the three dots menu and select Rate show.

Note: it's not possible to rate specific episodes at the moment. You'll also need to listen to the show a bit before being able to rate it. If you've already given it a rating, you can readjust your score if you want to.

In case the option is missing on your end or you encounter an error, try a clean reinstall of the app (or test with another browser if you're using the Web Player). Should the issue persist, feel free to share a screenshot which captures how things look on your end and we'll investigate further.

Cheers 🤘
