cannot play new song with proxy HTTP

My Question or Issue

Hi, I using application on Windows and set Proxy HTTP, everything that my configuration is currect.
but song cannot play. but I return to my home, It's no proxy. It can play normally.
after that I back to my office again and set proxy HTTP. It's cannot play the new song. but old song that I event play it , it will can play.
