desktop app

The spotify app on my laptop logged me out and won't log me back in? I've logged in on my browser but that won't register to the app. I've also redownloaded the app and it's having the same problems.

Thanks for reaching out. Which login method are you trying to use (email address, Facebook, Apple)? Try using a different one if possible. Especially email and password login should be able to work directly within the app. Also try opening a link to a song within the browser and then clicking the prompt to be redirected to the desktop app, see if that helps establish the connection.
