discover weekly not playing new playlist for days after updating

discover weekly not playing new playlist for days after updating

for months, my discover weekly will update on the day it's supposed to, but when i try to listen to the new playlist, it doesn't update. if i press the big green play button, it continues to play last week's playlist, and if i press play on the first song, the entire player stops.
it used to be just a day after would not work, but once it was updated 2 days ago, it would play. today, i waited until the two days were up and tried to play it, and it's now doing it at two days.
i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, it doesn't fix it.
i can't find anyone else having this issue in support.
it does this both in my windows app and my phone app.

Thanks for posting in the Community and sorry for the delayed reply. We've just stumbled upon this thread.


Has this happened again since the time of your post? We'd need specific device related information like brand/model and operating system.


It is also important to know if this experience is reproducible on other mobile devices aswell.


Have you also tried performing a clean reinstall of the app on your devices as described here?
