keyboard shortcut to play 'next track' is now the 'shift' key??????? HELP

I don't know how this happened but now everytime I press shift my song changes and it's really annoying to the point I'm about to say byebye spotify and your stupid shortcuts that I can't even disable?????

Does anyone know if I could've mistakenly pressed something to set off this weird shortcut????

This shortcut works whether I have minimized the spotify window or not.

same here also the ctrl key.
