lyrics not auto scrolling

My Question or Issue

My spotify app or browser does not scroll down in sync with the lyrics it stays at the beginning. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, it is updated and this did not happen until recently. pls help i miss it

Thanks for the post.

Can you let us know what Spotify app version you're currently running on your Desktop? This will help us investigate your issue further. 

You can also send us a short screen recording video of how things look on your end. You can upload it either as an attachment to your reply or as  a link to Youtube. 

Also, is this issue with the lyrics happening on any song, or just particular ones?

Lyrics work if they are in Musixmatch
They show up in the right place when the lyrics icon is clicked
Then no auto scrolling. Goes down off screen.

If I click the Lyrics icon, lyrics go away. 

Then, when I click it again, the current lyric shows up mid screen.

But then it still won't auto scroll
