no sound on my computer

My Question or Issue

There is no sound on Spotify on my computer. Everything is fine when I use my phone. The volume level is ok in my computer and in the app as well. The speakers are working because whenever I play youtube it's fine. But can't hear the Spotify even though the song is playing. I just the correct device in the app. HELP!

Seems like you're having an issue worth investigating.

You should try deleting and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that'll fix the issue. 🙂
