playlist image blank

I have a playlist on spotify but the cover image won't show up on my desktop or mobile version. i have multiple other playlists, some with my own imported images as a cover, and some tiled with the four first album images. i want the tiled album covers for this playlist but it doesn't seem to work, here is what shows up:

I also have the same problem with a private playlist, does anyone know how to fix this?

I have the exact same problem, still waiting for a fix on mobile!

On the desktop I got the 4 album covers to display buy editing my description.
