la musique arrête et lorsque je veux la remettre ça me dit qu'elle va repartir après la pub ....mais il n'y a jamais de pub . Sur mon cell android tout est ok mais pas sur mon ordi

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. If we understand you correctly, the next song doesn't play because of an ad, but the ad doesn't appear. Is that correct?

If so, we suggest that you check the following:

• Make sure you don't have any ad-blockers installed. 
• Check the firewall settings so that Spotify is set as an exception everywhere. 
• Reinstall the app.
