"If you have the file on your computer you can import it". How?

So, I have a DRM free song I downloaded after purchase from Amazon.

It's a 93Mb megamix.

If I browse local files, there is it. When I try and play it, it says

"This track is unavailable, if you have the file on your computer you can import it"

I've turn off all default locations, added JUST the location of the downloaded file. When browsing local files, there it is. Just won't play. Is it the filesize, I wonder?

The reason I want this is that I want to take this on my mobile for offline listening with my premium account, but it's not in Spotify's catalogue (it's Calvin Harris 18 Month Continuous Mix (52 mins))

Hey @lardconcepts.

I suggest checking the section "Some of my local files won't import/play" on this support page.

Make sure the file meets all the requirements, and also that all your sound drivers and any aditional programs are installed (e.g. QuickTime if needed).

If that doesn't do the trick, try modifying the song's metadata to see if it helps.
