"Similar to" tab hasn't updated in a while

My Question or Issue

The recommendations on the Discover tab haven't updated in a while.

This had happened to me before but after the fix applied a few months ago things were working fine but now it's happening again on the desktop and mobile version.

I tried the regular solution, deinstalled and installed it again and guess what...nothing happened. I have searched in the forums and I didn't find another report about the same issue so I'm wondering if it's only me.
