skipping songs

this issue > https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Issue-with-the-Web-Player-skipping-tracks-on-multipl... is still not fixed. still skipping 6 songs, playing the 7th for 9 seconds then stopping. mods closed the last issue, no idea why? because everyone was telling them its not fixed! must be power happy. any chance the tech team can do something to earn the money they get paid? like try and fix and stop saying to customers / user, have you done this? have you done that? its not up to us to fix your site! 8 months this issue has been going on! kinda embarrassing for spotify tech team!

Exactly the same issue with my destop and device spotify apps, making the app essentially unusable. This needs to be sorted otherwise whats the point in shelling out for this product?

are spotify ever going to sort this issue of songs cant be played, skipping several songs and playing 9 seconds then stopping? mods on here are muppets, absolute muppets. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A YEAR, STILL NOT FIXED, THEY CLOSED THE OTHER POSTS BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT! GET A GRIP AND DO YOUR JOBS! FIX THE DAMN ISSUE
