i just got a message on my spotify that someone else is logged into my account and the music keeps pausing. is it possible to check if someone's hacked into my account..?

If you could change your password as a security precaution and then post on this topic the Spotify community staff force a logout for you. Once you login again with your new password (after they have logged you out) you should be good to go again.
