spotify app doesnt work but web player and phone do

My Question or Issue

spotify app just doesnt work. It was like a week or two ago. Everything like spotify connect and the song display on discord doesnt work. I just now upgraded to premium and the app still shows me on the free version. I am able to play songs at the same time on the web and app, which shouldnt be.

I've tried every fix you guys suggest. Like everything. I dont know what to do. I just bought premium and this starts happening.
