My Question or Issue 

I recently ran into a problem that the spotify on my PC stopped working, nothing was playing, music was not playing, I cleaned the cache, but nothing helped

Let's try a few things to try to solve this. Can you try having a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? This is a little more in depth than a regular reinstall and it can help solve problems related to old data or corrupted files. Also, can you try using a different internet connection? I'd recommend you try mobile data vs WiFi to see if that makes any difference.

As the next step, we'd suggest you try:

• Clear the Host files.
• Run the app in Safe Mode with Networking to rule out any issues with your default Windows settings and basic device drivers.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

• The exact Spotify version you're running on your computer.
• The exact OS version of your computer.
• Do you see any errors when trying to use the app?
• Does this happen if you use the Web player?
• Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update?

I'm having the same issue on a computer. The app works on my phone and tv but not my computer. It shows up as black with nothing loaded. When i try to resize the window it minimizes it instead. Other times it wont open at all. I've tried reinstalling it, restarting my computer, and updating the computer.
