spotify keeps redownloading songs.

It's not all my songs only like 20/40 songs every time i restart spotify it wants to download them over again,  I didnt have this problem before.

I have the same issue, there doesn't seem to be any reason to do it? It has been reported but you get the standard uninstall/ reinstall answer! The folder that u use for your cache, you could try deleting that and creating a New one, maybe changing location too?? I did even remove my offline device storage, so that it creates a new one? Didn't help! I long for the older builds they were much better!
