Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far such as logging out > restarting the app and device > logging back in? Let us know so we can avoid repeating any steps. 

On another note, does the issue persist on another device and did you notice when the button disappeared (was it after an update of the app for example)? Is it only happening with one specific playlist or with multiple ones?

It's also worth testing if you'll see the option to invite a collaborator by clicking on the three dots under the playlist's name > Invite collaborators.
