unable to make songs available offline

Yesterday everything worked fine, today i can no longer make songs available offline.

the "circling arrows" appear, but other then that, nothing happens, as if the dl didnt start. 

the premium status is still good, theres plenty of storage on the pc, i havent hit the limit of 3.333 songs, and the internet connection is working fine.

I am not using a wifi, but a phone socket, could that be causing the problem?

I second this. The only place this has dissapeared for me is in the "Local Files" playlist.

Same. I decided to make another playlist with all my songs in my songs library and make that offline instead, but I don't think there's a better alternative right now.
