when i log into an account spotify doesnt work anymore

i have the problem, that when i log open spotify on my pc it work fine until i log into an account (it doesnt matte which account i use) then there is an error message and nothing works anymore. also i cant log out of my account because everything doesnt work.

Firstly, I recommend you do what is called a 'clean reinstall' - the Spotify support page here will show you directions on how to do this (finding the heading that relates to your device, e.g. "Windows 10"). This is like a reinstall of the app - except a little more thorough, giving the system the chance to clean out most errors that may arise.
