wrong audio keeps playing

i have been listening to the daylist. first song on that list was hoziers empire now. i listened to it, but then it started playing again even though spotify was showing a completly different song playing. had to listen to another list and then come back for it to fix it, but now the same issue is happening again. currently listening to a song by conan gray called alley rose, but the audio for hoziers empire now keeps playing. i tried going back a song, and the previous song is normal, but the current song is still playing as alley rose by conan gray, only with hoziers empire now´s audio. id love another way to fix this other than having to jump between two playlists.

anyways seems like the problem is atelast fro the following songs: alley rose by conan gray and you're gonna go far by noah kahan and brandi carlile. it doesnt seem to matter if im plyaing those song in the daylist or the search bar, both have the audio of empire now by hozier. dont get me wrong, the song slaps, but i WOULD like to listen smt else also...

• Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
• When did this start happening?
• This happens across all playlists, is that correct? 
• Has this happened after any other track?
• Does this only happen on downloaded songs?

hi, it seems like, atleast of now, it was only one time occurance. i was using spotify on my pc, and as far as i tried, it seemend to be only an issue with the specific songs in the daylist on that day, lathough i didnt continue listening to the daylist for long after the issue surfaced. the problem started aprox half an hour before i made the post here. It got semi fixed only bc i switched to a playlist i had made myself, but it was very frustrating bc i was looking forward to listening to the daylist bc it seemed intersting. as far as i have tried today, it seems the daylist no longer has that issue, but i havent been able to test it further. and atleast few of the songs that had the issue of wrong audio are now back to normal, although i havent been able to test all of them.

Thanks for the reply. It seems this was some odd intermittent issue that hopefully resolved itself. If you happen to stumble upon this behaviour again, please provide us the requested info so we can investigate.
