yo I need to sort songs after popularity

In the "old" version of spotify I could search for songs and then sort them after popularity - why can't I do that anymore? It was the way I heard music all day - searching for artist and just listen to the top songs (and not the top songs on their "own" page). Now I have to listen to a lot of crap in between. 😞

Yeah thats why i dont want to pay for spofify, missing some essential functionalities like that its just stupid.

I did it!

Just install spicetify and marketplace from here https://spicetify.app/

Then install Sort-by-Play-count extension

https://github.com/Tetrax-10/Spicetify-Extensions/tree/master/Sort-by-Play-count
Then go to playlist click 3 dots and sort by > popularity
