Attempting to upgrade to premium issues

I just attempted to upgrade to premium.

 

Problem 1:  It asks to Login using my facebook to confirm my purchase and sends me to a facebook page... asks for the password. 

  • I type password and push the continue button
  • it kicks me right back to the previous screen and tells me to do what I just did.
  • It will not advance past this screen

Problem 2:  I wish to purchase a 12 month subscription and cannot find a place to do that.  I'm hoping this happens after I confirm my purchase which currently... I am unable to do.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I'm stuck in an endless loop when attempting to upgrade. I attempted on my phone first, looped, then on a windows desktop in chrome. still looped. 

 

Hop on this ASAP spotify, you're losing $$, and potentially customers to google's cheaper service

Also having this problem, my account has gone to Spotify Free and I want it back on premium, how long is this fix going to take?!

I want to change my country settings to another coutry  as the one i'm in. My Ip-adres shows i'm in belgium, but I need to change my acount to holland, to redeem an gift card. How can I go about this, without a paycard...

i just went to cancel and it still says on my subscription page:

You have an active Spotify Premium subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged £9.99 on 2013-07-04 unless you cancel your recurring payment.

 

please help!!

So i made a ticket with Spotify's support team last night and I recieved this email this morning saying "To solve this, I've removed your payment details so it will act as if you're entering your details for the first time and this should work." Logged into spotify and was able to purchase my Premium account with no problems.

Still going in this endless loop of trying to confirm purchase with my Facebook password. Is this issue going to be solved today? I am traveling internationally tomorrow and need my music! Not cool since we are paying for this service!

How did you solve the issue?  I clicked on remove payment details and then re-entered my info and got stuck in the same loop.

i didnt remove it myself, someone from the Spotify support team did it.

I have tried to cancel my subscription and filled the form out multiple times but everytime I enter my facebook password for verification purposes it takes me back to my account page and says I will be billed on 6/21 unless I cancel my subscription, WHICH I JUST TRIED TO DO. I have gone through this about 10 times on various browsers and the problem persists. If no other users are having this problem I would really appreciate some help from spotify before 6/21 so I am not charged. Thanks.
