Not eligible for student account?

I have had Spotify stedent through unidays for a year and i was wishing to renew it to get another 12 months discount as i am still a student and so are still eligible for the offer through Unidays. however when i tried to redeem the discount on my account it said that i was not eligible for this discount? I therefore have had to pay the full £9.99 for this month as my discount would not activate. Any ideas why this is hapening as i shold still be entitled to a discount shouldn't i?
