Prepaid code is invalid for this country

Hi there,

I received 4 months of prepaid code with Asia Miles for Spotify USA, my subscription is for the US. But when I tried to apply the code it says "Prepaid code is invalid for this country". How do I activate these prepaid codes?

Having the same issue. 

Yesterday, followed the link and completed the form. 

In a support process, spotify should aknowledge receiving a question / request / complaint by sending an automatic email to the user. Since I did not see anything on my inbox, today I completed the form again, and no email again.

Very frustrating user experience since I do not know if my question is being looked at or not.

Be sure to check your spam folder from time to time. The responses frequently end up there.

Is your email updated in your profile page?

You should be getting something, at least an automated response.
