Problems with payment

Hi!

First of all, sorry for the bad english and possible errors.

I'm getting problems to pay a family account with a credit card. I'm from Brazil, and I use a Neteller prepaid credit card, and never had troubles with it before today.

Of course I have enought money in the card, my adress registered is in Brazil, but when I try to do the payment it shows me a message saying that have had some problem with my credit card.

But when I look ate my account on Neteller website there aren't any decclined trasaction in the history page.

Some months ago I used the same card to pay my Spotify account and didn't have any problem.

Spotify doesn't support prepaid cards.

Only credit cards and debit cards are accepted and in some countries PayPal.
