Spotify Premium Not Functioning on iPhone

Alright so this may be confusing but I just want to listen to my music. When I first got spotify, I used a free trial on my phone. I then proceeded to buy the premium via itunes. This was great. Now that it's on playstation, I let canceled my premium subscription renewal via itunes and want to switch it to my PSN wallet.

Well, my PS4 activated a new two-month trial and now I cannot use Spotify premium with the account on my phone. It says premium on my profile, but when I check my Spotify app on my iPhone, it just says free (basic subscription). This upsets me. Please help quick. Music is my life, and spotify, when it works, is a gateway to enjoying it.
