My Apple Watch was streaming fine over LTE and would switch from my phone e connection to the LTE connection as I left home. Yesterday it failed to connect and posted “something went wrong. Try again later” After looking for solutions I have - restarted my watch - unpaired and updated my headphones - Reset watch (which takes an hour) - done a clean delete and reinstall of Spotify Through one of these phases I got the flashing white watch icon - but no connection. Now I don’t get the option to switch device to my watch and only have phone and Sonos options. My headphones are pairing fine with my watch. My LTE is working fine. it’s frustrating when everything was working fine and then you left spending hours trying to fix a problem you can’t identify. device Apple Watch 6SE version watchOS 7.5 / ios14.6 / Spotify 8.6.30

I think it would be super cool to know how many people are listening to the same song as you, at the same time. Today listening to “one step at a time” by Jordan Sparks, I thought to myself “I wonder who else is listening to this right now? Who else was needing some life motivation today? Who else SEARCHED FOR THIS SPECIFIC SONG?” It’s super cool for older songs especially, because that means somebody else was in the same mood as you, at the same time! Makes us all feel more connected, in an often disconnected world. Imagine, you throw on “the red” by Chevelle and you see 1.7k people raging with ya. Or “dancing in the moonlight” by king harvest…77 people were needing some good vibes in the same moment too. Just a fun thought! It would even be cool if you could click on the little number in the corner and see usernames. Maybe you’ll find some cool new bops from other people, and really have the opportunity to connect by following and whatnot!

You just discovered that awesome song, so you add it to your playlist. But wait, I want this song at the top. By selecting "edit" you can rearrange tracks manually from the mobile app. Doesn't help when you have to scroll down 2,000 songs just to reach the bottom. There lies your song which then you hold down on it as it slowly moves up the list. This takes me about a minute for the song to reach the top MY IDEA!!! At the very bottom where you see the song "now playing" why not just hold down and drag the song to your playlist. Brilliant!

Hi, I think Spotify have to add lyrics. I know there’s ‘behind the lyrics’, but this functionality does not offer the complete lyrics. (Btw I don’t understand why) That’s why I think adding a complete lyrics window is a great idea. Let’s remind a lot of music streaming services have this functionality. You can either add a simple lyrics window, or lyrics that follow the song (like ‘behind the lyrics’)

I constantly want to read the lyrics of a new song. I hate going to the internet to find the lyrics. Also sometimes it hard to hear what’s being said so you have to look up the lyrics online. My friend has Apple Music and you can see the lyrics as the song is playing and it follows along. It would be nice if you were also able to do that on Spotify as well.

I love to explore artists and music that I’ve only heard of, but I don’t like when some of these start to show up in e.g. Discover Weekly or Release Radar. My suggestion is to be able to activate an Explore Mode, and in this mode I know that whatever I’m listening to it wouldn’t affect any automated playlists or suggestions.

Screen Lyrics would be awesome. I understand Spotify likes to use Genius, for Lyrics, but it is quite annoying, "Behind the lyrics". Like, it's cool and all, but I don't care for that, I want to have the lyrics on my screen, an option for it too. Just like iTunes music has, which is actually really smooth and that just needs to be a Spotify feature as well.

What the heck is this new update? At least before when you organized your playlists on the desktop site it would transfer to mobile. Why is playlist organization on mobile STILL not a thing. So bass ackwards and a huge reason to switch to contending apps

Wanted to remove an artist entirely from my phone, but recently imported from another app so all my music (probably over 1000 songs) was in one playlist and it turned out to be more difficult than it needed to be. i couldnt search the artist, tap on the song, and delete it - the option isnt there. i had to write down every one of their songs, go into the edit playlist menu, and scroll down and delete each one in alphabetical order. its not the worst thing in the world, but it seems so much easier to have "remove download" as an option when you tap the "..." next to a song!

Would really appreciate the ability to remove podcasts I have partially listened to if I don't ever want to listen to it or see it again. Without this feature, it defeats the purpose of your feature to delete/clear recently played items and any other clear history features.

Hello All ! I would love to have the option to add silence gaps between tracks on spotify playlists and albums. When i listen to new albums on spotify, I feel as if all the songs mush together and it can get quite overwhelming to appreciate every song individually. Having the option to add a silence gap would allow listeners to take a breather before going on to the next song which can be a completely different vibe. An example to my request is like when you attend a classical music concert: there are pauses between each musical piece because the musicians need time to rearrange but it also allows the audience to fully digest what they just heard and to prepare for the next coming melody. This option would allow a lot of listeners to listen to Spotify for longer periods as I know I can’t be the only one that gets overwhelmed by this. 🙂

Bring back the option to see which podcasts have updated most recently with a “sort by recently updated” option. Now that it’s been removed, users have to scroll down their list of podcasts and check the dates one-by-one.

When adding a song to a playlist on the app, my playlists all reshuffle to show the last one with a song added at the top. It would be much easier if the playlists were all in the same order they are when browsing normally, rather than rearranging. For example: I don't remember the last time I added something to playlist #15, but if I try to add another song to it, I'm scrolling up and down between playlist #1 and playlist #33 looking for it, rather than it being right there around the middle.

Please consider including an ‘As Made’ option under my library playlists - with the new update, the four options are; Recently Played/Added, Alphabetical, and Creator. I would love to be able to access my playlists in the order that I made them again! I used to be able to before this update. This makes it so hard to find certain ones, when before I knew just what order they were in. Consider changing it back, or adding another option? Please? 😭

in new mobile update: every time you add song to a playlist, that playlist gets moved to the top of the list the next time you press "Add to playlist." my brain hurts. i ordered my library on purpose. please let me keep it in order.

I heard the new audio quality for offline listening on the apple watch is around 95-96 kbps. I wished that it could support up to at least 256kbps or 320kbps especially with modern earphones/headphones.

When adding songs to a playlist, the order that the playlists are displayed in should be customizable instead of just showing the ones that were added to recently at the top. I think it would be best to have the same options that you have when viewing playlists in your library (recently played, recently added, alphabetical, creator, and custom order). It would just be so much easier to add songs to your playlists if those options were there on the Add to Playlist popup.

Spotify recently updated the way Library is organized. Usually I can adapt pretty quickly to new updates, but in order to show me what Spotify changed, they completely disorganized how I had my playlists listed. I never look at albums, and I never look at artists unless I want to specifically search for a specific artist. Now, in order to find one of my playlists, I have to scroll through ALL of the different things saved just to find what used to be right at the top. It's not even listed Alphabetically. There appears to be no way to organize this except to pin only four of my top playlists to the top, and then filter out playlists every. single. time. I want to look for something to listen to. Please give me the option to move the order of things. If I HAVE TO have albums and artists in with the list of all my playlists, at least give me the option to put them at the bottom. It's a nice idea, and has potential, but it was so frustrating to shuffle up my intentionally organized library just to show me what you changed.
