Add Bit-Perfect Playback (WASAPI Exclusive Mode) on Windows

Now that Spotify Premium offers lossless streaming, it’s time to unlock its full potential for Windows users.

Currently, the Windows app routes audio through the system mixer, which can alter the signal (resampling, volume control, etc.). To deliver true bit-perfect lossless audio, we need a WASAPI exclusive mode option (similar to what Tidal, Qobuz, and others provide).

This feature would:

• Ensure the audio stream is delivered untouched to the DAC.
• Allow audiophiles and Hi-Fi users to enjoy Spotify at its highest fidelity.
• Make Spotify a true alternative to other lossless services for critical listening on Windows.

Please add WASAPI Exclusive mode to the Spotify Windows app so lossless playback can be truly bit-perfect.

Bought premium just for lossless... cancelled in the first month because it still sounds inferior to FLAC with exclusive output. 
I'd even argue 320k MP3 over WASAPI sounds better than spotty lossless.

From my experience the output is unaltered if you do the following:

- Set your Windows output device sampling rate to 44.1 kHz and 24 bit or higher

- Set volume level in Spotify settings to "quiet", otherwise Windows is compressing peaks

If you do that, there is only a digital gain applied, which is what basically all high-end audio devices nowadays do anyway for volume control.

With VB-Audio's Banana, switching to ASIO or WASAPI makes the sound noticeably more refined and detailed—I tested it myself.

Please ensure macOS and iOS have exclusive bit-perfect modes as well
