[Android] Rearrange Tracks inside a Playlist

On my iPod I can manually move my songs around that are in my playlist, but I can't do the same on my phone which is what I mostly use. It would be easier to have that option on all devices.

One would think it's OBVIOUS to rearrange tracks in a playlist in any music app -paid or free, on the go or at home.  I stopped my subscription before because I had problems with the app in my computer and phone.  I've seen how the system gets better with updates.  I'm hoping Spotify lets me edit my playlists on the go, because lately I've been wanting to rearrange tracks and am considering, AGAIN, to switch service.

It is embarrassing that this feature is still not implemented. Pisses me off every single day when I try to make playlist for my friends. I don't think I am alone in never having the time to sort playlists and sit in front of a computer at the same time. 

For friggin sake please add this you dweebs. Sorry I got insulting .

I don't understand why it's taking years for a basic feature like this one. It would take 1 single day to implement this. The Spotify executives are clearly completely disconnected from their customers. Obviously, Apple Music is distracting them from the essential things.

Could someone at Spotify take the initiative to make things happen ?

Playlist now has this annoying "recommended songs" at the end, which is useless because I put on a playlist what I want on it, and how do they know what I want them to recommend anyway?

Meanwhile this feature is still not there.

Just as I was about to switch from Play Music I discovered this simple feature was missing. How the **bleep** has this not been implemented yet?!

It's ludicrous. Like not having a pause button or something. And the coding for the functionality is clearly there, because you can reorder the 'up next' list when paying on shuffle.
