[Android] Rearrange Tracks inside a Playlist

On my iPod I can manually move my songs around that are in my playlist, but I can't do the same on my phone which is what I mostly use. It would be easier to have that option on all devices.

It is insane to me that this feature is not available. Like if McDonald's said you couldn't get a burger with no ketchup. Just insane.

Hey everyone, we're back to give this idea its annual update. We're keeping this at 'Good Idea' because we truly do like this idea. However please know that this isn't in our current pipeline so you won't be seeing it any time soon. Just about every music app I know has rearrange, even non music apps with llists allow the user to rearrange. Add an edit button, opens list in edit mode. Drag and drop. 15 minutes of coding.

Absolutely pathetic! 

I also find it disturbing that Spotify won't allow the user to exclude "explicet" music. They bother to label explicit songs but don't allow the user to filter?  Family plan...yeah that sounds good for the kiddos...NOT!

Why is it taking you guys so long, you get more than enough money from your subsribers like me and yet you can't implement a simple feature that literally all my other song apps have. I'm unsubscribing till this gets fixed since I guess that' the only message you'l take maybe.

 This is the most annoying thing about Spotify, the inability to create a playlist the way you want it. Urgh so frustrating.

I use spotify to make playlists for a radio show and djing amongst friends all the time. I care a lot about the order of songs, and make many playlists right on my phone. This would be incredibly helpful so I can edit playlists on the fly. It's ridiculous that you aren't trying harder to implement it!

I just upgraded to premium, and discovered that this basic functionality to rearrange tracks within your own playlist STILL does not exist on android! It's absurd that it has been this way for a long time. Wouldn't you want to fix this issue asap to avoid losing thousands of customers? I think I will switch to another streaming service because of this.

The status update from Spotify regarding this issue is extremely cavalier! "It's not currently in our pipeline" but thanks anyway... **bleep**? Wake up! Listen to your customers, and show some concern for something that is considered a real problem for many, so much so that they would consider switching to another service. It's broken so fix it! I think I'll move to tidal.

Posting this in the comments of various postings on Spotify's Facebook page. 

Edit play lists on Android... 68 pages of paying customers in the Spotify Community wanting this feature which is totally easy to implement but Spotify refuses to do so... Not an oversight after 3 plus years this has been an issue! Spotify refuses to allow Android customers to edit play lists on mobile! Why? Here is what your customers are saying...
