[Android] Rearrange Tracks inside a Playlist

On my iPod I can manually move my songs around that are in my playlist, but I can't do the same on my phone which is what I mostly use. It would be easier to have that option on all devices.

This is the reason why I'm using Apple Music so I can re-arrange songs order in my playlist. Only for 'THAT' reason. Unbelievable... This is utterly ridiculous.

Thought I would go check out Deezer. Good to see an app that has basic features like moving tracks in a playist. It has some really cool features like track preview by long pressing a song. Lyrics for most all songs included in the app. The UI is kind of a blend of Spotify and Google Play Music minus the ugly bright orange of GP and the brighter than Spotify with all the black. Navigation is intuitive. Went to see if the have Bob Seger. Nope. Spotify does. Peter Gabriel, nope. Spotify does not either. Surprisingly the music quality on Deezer sounds muffled and the volume is definitely lower than Spotify, side by side comparison of highest quality streaming over WiFi. I know I would miss Spotify connect to play from one device to another and actually remote control anither device. Spotify is the only one that has this. GP does not either. Would also moss the integration with Waze. So, the verdict, well still pissed that Spotify won't put a basic feature like sorting songs in the Android app. Do I like that my 3/4 of the album thumbnails don't show in my play lists and Spotify can't seem to fix... Nope. But for now they remain the best game in town. That's not saying much. Deezer could over take them. GP maybe too. GP needs to allow users to organize their music with the play lists. You can rearrange tracks it is just trying to find the music in your library... Clunky. I do hope one of the services dethrones Spotify!

coding this feature would take less than an hour.. why spotify not adding it? are they doing it on purposes so that spotify premium users will transfer to deezers?

Not that it will do much good but sent this to Spotify "Support" as it were. Two other items along with rearrange tracks Spotify needs to address to be a legitimate music player service. 

Please allow the user to block explicit music on Android. Family plan, why would I want this if I can't block explicit music from my account and my family's accounts? Why does Spotify bother to mark songs that are explicit and then not allow the user the choice to block? Needs to be in the settings. Deezer has a family friendly plan and so does Google Play Music. Please do take this seriously Spotify. Hurting your own subscriptions by not having this option.

Also, rearrange music in a play list. Rediculous that thus has not been implemented on Android! 3 years in the Spotify forum! No action!

Lastly, thumbnails in play lists don't show.
Please understand that thumbnails not showing is a Spotify server issue. Your own documentation states that album art comes from the Spotify server and is not stored on the device. Don't email me to reboot, reinstall Spotify, or clear all devices. Tried it all and no change. It is a Spotify issue. Own it and fix it. It is not device specific either. Two Android phones and same issue with the album art.

Paying customer and maybe not much longer. Expect action!

Just another drop on the sea: I think this is a truly oversight, not caring about users, do people on spotify even use the spotify mobile app? I don't think so...

But anyways, adding a useless feature like "Stranger thigs" mode and not being able to reorganize playlists and songs it's baffling to me.

I was just reorgizing my library from the desktop app and the playlist changed on my phone in real time, c'mon! You obviosly know how to make things work.
