Change the white interface

Obviously we have launched the new spotify with white artist profiles and album view.

However, the white interface have no ctrl+F function, which means that I can not find a specific song within an album or artist with a search function. This takes us to a world before altavista.

Another problem in this white interface is that we squeezed the track info into a little box. When in album-view, a track with a couple of featured artists will not fit in this box, it is not scrollable, it is simply a secret what the song is called, and who is playing it.

However, the new activity field is awesome, where one can follow people very selectively, and not get music-feed from everyone you know on facebook.

I dont understand what there is to even consider here or to "reach out to the users" in spotify newspeak.  The clash of the white background is awful.  It should just be a setting in a css file, if the client is now web based; or It should just be a setting in a config file or from Options.  What is there to think about?  It's horrible it needs changing or the users need an option to change it.  Really simple.  I'll be on 0.8.5 until then.  If that breaks then as per thousands of others, I'll be off.

Months have passed and my eyes continue to be scorched by the vileness that is the white background.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE at least make the old grey (which was sleek and sexy) an option.

What exactly does the Spotify company mean by "reaching out to users directly" in regard to the white interface?

Just get rid of the goddam head-splitting white and spare us the fake-nice corporate speak. You're not fooling anyone.

Who is in charge og designs at spotify this days? This person should be kicked out the door ASAP! Every single update adds a new ugly change to the UI. What are you guys thinking ? Why change everything? Do you not realize that the look and feel of the good old classic design is one of the reasons most people love Spotify? You are slowly putting Spotify to the grave if you keep this up. We have only seen the beginning of the streaming era. Spotify are going to loose the battle if you do not listen to what the users want.

Why not make an option to run classic spotify design? Then everybody is happy.

I agree. Not having the whole app in the same style is horribly ugly. And for me, the biggest issue is like you mentioned, the removal of cmd (ctrl) + f in artist view. I used to use that all the time.

They dont FU****G CARE about users. I was paying for 2 years for this or even more and it was fine at first. But now they just cant decide.....

Cangratilations. I want to relax at night looking for new sounds but it hurs my eyes jumping between dark and brigh as fu**. 

I am waiting for new update and if they dont change it im not paying for this **bleep**ty software.
