[Connect] Needed functionality: Using Spotify UI to stream to Sonos

Hello

I am tired of being "forced" to use Sonos UI when streaming Spotify music to my stereo.

It would be great if Spotify could could team up with Sonos and develop a feature enabling the Spotify UI to stream directly to the stereo via Sonos.

I heard a lot of people having the same wish.

That being said, Spotify really rocks 🙂

I just posted a  similar complain.  I hate having to be forced to use Sonos to set up my Spotify syatem.If I had known that you cannot listen to Spotify regular let alone premium  I woul;d not have bought them   Best Buy did not give a a warning about this. So selling my Sonos and getting  another brand that does not force me to use Sonos .

The connection to sonos speakers through Spotify (in my experience) has gone from good to occassionally connecting to most recently not connecting at all. Sonos Help says it's on Spotify's end to update & improve that functionality and I've looked to troubleshooting ideas on this community forum, but none seem to work. I sent a message to Spotify, and am waiting to hear back. 

To use Sonos, I have to use their app and access the limited Spotify interface through that app. It's annoying to the point where I'd have to cancel my subscription to Spotify...I know apple music, play, all those app work seamlessly with Sonos. 😞
