Starting a radio plays song you choose as base

It's annoying that when i get to a song i'm feeling, and i right click and go to "start radio" the radio plays a different song then the one i choose. It would be great if spotify just went right into the radio without skipping or even pausing the current song. Then after that played a new song that sounds similar.

Hey guys, we're happy to say this is implemented for Premium users on any device, and Free users using a desktop or tablet. 

Free users on mobile devices can shuffle songs and start radio stations, streaming on demand is still a Premium-only feature.

It  drives me crazy, there is nothing I hate more that those DJ that changes track mid song. 

 

If I want to start a radio based on current song it is properly because I like the song and want more of that kind. This function is almost making me switch back to iTunes genius just because how horrible this is implemented in spotify.

 

Pleas Please change this the radio is useless for me right now!

not sure why spotify is so slow to transition to this - MOG has had this for quite some time...

Not a fan of a paid service being so slow to move on customer feedback - get the clue.

Just a really simple one: Before going into the rest of the radio, the radio should just play the song you used as the seed. So say I want a radio based off 'Hey Jude', I right click, hit start radio... It plays 'Hey Jude', then moves on to the next song in the radio playlist. I mean it could be an option or those who think differently can just skip the first (selected) track

YES! You should absolutely implement that! It keeps. Interrupting songs like that brings me out of the mood...

Please implement this feature - drives me absolutely nuts. 

 

Making a radio station from a song means i am enjoying it and don't want to stop listening to the current track. Pandora does the same thing. Differentiate yourselves and provide this feature !!! Would keep me.

 

This has been under consideration a long time. Can we have an update pls.
