Add comments for playlists!

just like how comments work for podcasts, this could also be a feature that users can enable and disable on their playlists!! Other users can comment on trending playlists made by others! it's a way to kind of communicate thru spotify since there is no other way of reaching out to other spotify users.

I'm against this. I don't want Spotify to become like YouTube. SoundCloud is a perfect example of why people shouldn't be able to comment under songs or playlists.
