I know we can't pick and choose what ads to see, but at least for a teensy bit of decency (especially for people listening to spotify in a professional work environment) can we not have half naked Victoria's Secret super sexy models?

Personally, I could care less about ads. And in fact, I am a woman who shops at Victoria's Secret. Still- I just had an awkward moment with some coworkers AND my boss. I'd like very much for that not to happen again. In the very least, how about an image that isn't half the size of the window?

I know no one's going to agree, and believe me, I'd be the last person to complain about spotify (it's awesome). But seriously, it's a bit much.

Thanks.

Allow there to be an option to block certain types of adverts such as g@mbling or b3tting. This is as they are highly prevalent on the app and there are many young users on here or simply people who beleive themselves to be at high risk to a g@mbling addiction and a easy way to prevent the harmful advertisements would be highly beneficial.

Please offer an option to skip ASM commercials. There is a large population of users who not only don't like/enjoy ASMR but are actually triggered by these types of commercials to the point that it has the opposite effect due to varying levels of mysophonia. I silence all ASMR commercials and even skip certain songs/music that trigger my mysophonia. It makes me want to throw my speaker across the room and provokes an intense hatred the source of the sound. I understand that ASMR is very popular with many people but they are alienating just as many users. If these types of commercials continue to be aired unchecked and with no way to opt out of that sort of marketing, I will have to discontinue using Spotify.

Make a toggle to get rid of ads and songs that have noises like chewing and mouth noises, it's extremely triggering to me and I bet a lot of people too, So many of your adds have chewing noises and it causes me to have to close the application over and over again till I no longer am hit with chewing

I've disliked the same ad about 10 times and it keeps popping up. I always specify "I think the content was offensive".

There should be some way to block ads you find unpleasant or straight up offensive, some feature to help you customize or personalize ads you want to see and more importantly, the ones you don't want to see.

When someone says a commercial is offensive, DON'T SHOW IT AGAIN.

I'm a teacher, I play music in my classroom.

I am VERY careful about what songs go into my play list.

And then my students get blasted with commercials full of **bleep** and gambling.

You have a little thing to click and say that content is OFENSIVE, I'm not talking about commercials i don't like, I'm talking about commercials with content that is morally objectionable.

Just stop throwing sexual content and gambling at my students all day long. They are kids for Pete's sake. They don't need that garbage shoved up their nose all day.

I'm sure I'm not the only person who finds the content of some commercials offensive, if I was you wouldn't have a button to indicate that. So how about you actually use the data you are collecting and stop deliberately offending them.

You aren't the only music service out there.

I would really appreciate being able to turn off alcohol advertisements. A lot of times, when I'm struggling with my sobriety, I deep dive into music with the intentions of lessening the cravings. But when an advertisement for alcohol, with a cheery tune, asks you to "enjoy responsibly" it kind of really sorta totally makes me want to cry... I would love if under the "personalized ads" section you could opt out of these ads. I understand that advertisements are crucial for this type of free content, but I just think it's cruel to us with a problem to be subjected to such content.

Grata

I was breaking down crying and the Pride Spotify Ad came on. It did not help the situation. Please fix this I don’t want to be crying to 360 by Charli XCX during ads.

Better help is genuinely a terrible company, 1. they don't actually hire licensed therapists, 2. from what i know they sell your info to random companies, but what i think is most important is, their taking advantage of people who's mental health is shitty, i just don't think you should advertise better help anymore.

The content of ads playing during children’s stories is so inappropriate, when I asked for assistance Spotify help said that’s normal. Explicit ads during children’s content isn’t a problem to them at all. Tonight it was stuff about doing drugs. I hope they can at least have some decency when it comes to clearly children’s programming and music.
