Built-In Alarm for iPhone

I’d love to see Spotify introduce a native Wake Up feature that allows users to wake up to a selected song, album, or playlist directly within the Spotify app.

This feature would be especially useful because on iPhone, Spotify cannot currently be set directly as an alarm through the default Clock app. A built-in Spotify solution would give users a much better wake-up experience while keeping everything inside the app they already use every day.

To make the feature reliable and practical, it could include:

• song, album, or playlist selection
• gradual volume increase for a less abrupt wake-up
• an offline backup tone in case streaming fails
• repeat scheduling for weekdays or custom days
• a simple stop / snooze interfaceoptional smart fade-in or “gentle wake” mode

This would be a genuinely useful quality-of-life feature and would stand out from standard alarm sounds by making wake-ups more personal and enjoyable.

Yes. This would be so amazing. I came here just to submit the same suggestion. I will leave the app open all night for an alarm clock that wakes me up with one of my favorite songs. GREAT way to start the day!
Could expand on the feature by having it be really functional with a Bedtime Mode. Where the phone turns into a digital clock with display of setting an alarm and sleep timer both. Fall asleep to music, wake up to music. I mean that's what Spotify is all about.... music. So... let us have it in all of the ways! 😃

I’ve been wanting a feature like this for the longest. We got the sleep timer which is perfect but if they add an alarm, I’ll definitely feel like the most recent price increase was worth it
