Change/ Disable voice personality of AI DJ

As the title says, it would be a great feature if we could change or disable the voice or personality of the AI DJ.

The feature is great, love the variety of music suggestions. But that voice is so incredibly annoying! Please turn it off!

The DJ-function is great but the constant disruptions of that stupid ai-voice is absolutely terrible!

I love Spotify's recently added AI DJ feature, it is great to get someone to pick what to listen to for me because I am so indecisive. The only issue is that, I really don't like the voice, I really want to be able to have a woman talking to me because that's what I prefer. It would be so cool if we had a couple options of voices, as well as the option to turn off the voice altogether. In general, more customisation of this feature would be so good.

How can you change the voice of the AI DJ to something more relaxing?

Love the idea of the DJ. It adds (ironically) a human/social feel to it that is removed from streaming services vs radio, but dang.. there needs to be different voices. That voice is.. imposing.

I think this is spot on. I was initially thinking the voice should be removed - but then it's just like any other playlist 🙂
Maybe the 'option' to remove it or change the accent (as per the OP actually, I vote for that :D)

Hmm, original post is from March 2023, Spotify recognized it as a good suggestion in June 2023. Currently 1287 agreed it is a good idea. And here we are in April 2024 with no upgraded AI voice or even the option to turn it off.
