[Desktop] Add Direct Messaging (DM) and Chat Feature to Desktop App

Current Behavior: Currently, the Direct Messaging (DM) and chat feature is only accessible when using the Spotify mobile app. When using Spotify on a desktop computer (either the standalone desktop application or the Web Player), there is no way to view, send, or receive direct messages. This creates a disjointed experience, as users who spend their workdays or study sessions listening on desktop are completely cut off from their active chats unless they pull out their phones.

Proposed Improvement: I propose adding the DM / Chat feature directly to the Spotify Desktop app and Web Player.

This could be integrated as an expandable panel on the right side of the screen (similar to the Friend Activity or "Now Playing" sidebar) or accessible via a dedicated "Messages" icon in the navigation menu.

Why this would be a great addition:

• Seamless Social Experience: Users could share songs, playlists, and chat with friends directly from their computer without constantly switching devices.

• Feature Parity: Bringing this social feature to desktop would align it with the mobile experience, making the platform feel unified.

• Better Engagement: Desktop users are often actively organizing playlists or discovering music; having chat readily available makes collaborative curation much easier.
