[Desktop][Other] Option to maximize album cover in fullscreen

I suspect this was an oversight in the latest update, but the album cover is now tiny in full-screen mode, making room for the background on the artist's profile instead. There seems to be no way to maximize the album cover, which I'd rather be looking at. I'd like that option back!

Please make the album art full screen and remove the band image; no one wanted that and I do not give two farts about how the band looks. If I wanted to see the band I could go see them in person, which I do frequently (minus corona time). One of my biggest loves of music is admiring album art and y'all took that away (wth folks). Amazon music and Apple music both have this feature. Get your stuff together Spotify, please. This platform used to be much more well rounded and actually listened to users. Listen today.

When going fullscreen on the desktop application it should show just the album art enlarged and the song title and artist with a solid colour background based on the album art average colour or black, instead of showing the artists picture in the background

Please change it back to the old fullscreen mode one and improve the album cover art quality back to the original quality! Spotify´s newest update ruined the quality of pretty much all of the cover arts of my favourite albums! I want to see all the details that were meant to be seen there!

Wish there was an option to show larger album art (with track, album, artist title) and no artist image on the full screen now playing display. It displays that way sometimes, maybe when there is no artist image? Some of the artist images are weirdly cropped, unflattering, or just bad photos.

I also agree - I greatly prefer to be able to see the album art in fullscreen of the desktop app, not a picture of the artist.  Or at least be able to select what view we want.

You've got to be kidding)
No way to watch the album art in full size in the entire app. This is a very basic feature of any music player. Come on, please make it a priority, this is more irritating than any bugs I've encountered in this app.
A cover picture was very important part of listener's experience since the dawn of music recording.
And please make it as big as possible:) Full screen mode is used when you're away from your display, after all.
Looking forward for such update!

Please just revert these changes. i want my album covers back.

What's really annoying is that the high quality album are is still there, either in the database or on the filesystem.

I'm locked to the old version of spotify, and when I go fullscreen I get the original artwork, not the new blurry one.

When viewing full screen in the web browser, how come there's no option to view the full album cover in HD? Personally I feel this would be a lot more enjoyable than seeing a picture of the artist. Or having the option to switch between the two, kind of like how car play allows you to change the screen view on your phone. I think being able to view the artwork fullscreen in HD is an important part of the listening experience.
