Feature Idea: AI-Powered Personalized Music Assistant

Hello Spotify Team,

I would like to share a feature idea that I believe could significantly improve the user experience on Spotify.

My idea is to introduce a new “AI” section within the Library tab. This section would function as a chat-based assistant (text only, no voice), where users can interact with an AI that understands their music taste and listening habits.

The AI could analyze user behavior such as:

- Frequently listened genres

- Mood patterns based on music choices

- Time-based listening habits

Based on this, it could:

- Create daily mood-based playlists

- Recommend songs the user has never heard but would likely enjoy

- Provide weekly insights about listening behavior

- Respond to user inputs like “I feel sad today” or “I need focus music”

This would make Spotify not just a music platform, but a personalized emotional companion through music.

I believe this feature could increase user engagement and make the platform feel much more personal.
