[GLOBAL] Customizable Song/Album Covers

Hey Spotify Community!

I had a crazy idea that might spark some interest for everyone! What if you could change the song and album covers for your account! For example, you would upload an image and it would be the new album cover! This would be a global feature, and only a per account basis!
