Label AI Music

Hi Spotify! I’ve been noticing quite a few of AI generated songs appearing on Spotify lately, and I think it should be labelled as such. Some of it doesn't sound all bad, to be honest, but I don't think I will be listening to it personally. I understand that the usage of AI is becoming more common nowadays, but I think AI songs or pieces of art that have been generated using AI, should be labelled so consumers can make informed choices about what they support.

Part of the reason is transparency, but also because there are growing concerns about AI models copying or imitating artists' real voices without consent. 

Whether it should be on the platform is a commonly debated topic, and I'm curious to hear what other people think. For me, I think what makes human made music so meaningful and valuable is that it’s well... human... the thought, creativity, skill, time, effort, passion and emotion that’s been poured into it. So, in my opinion, it will always be superior for reasons like those.

I agree. I have my thoughts on whether AI songs should be allowed on Spotify or not, but there needs to be something that indicates if the band is AI or not. Please add something as an identifier (flag; AI check mark; **bleep**, I'd even settle for something saying "AI probable") on the band's profile.

Please make it an option to play/suggest AI music or artists. I’d prefer to not have them in my list.
