~Intuitive & Timesaving upgrades/update~
In the Queue screen (or menu), the following upgrades should be implemented:
1.) I would like the option to add Items(songs, podcasts, etc.) from my Queue to a new playlist or any playlist for that matter.
2.) Additionally, I’d like to be able to (after selecting multiple Items) move all Items that were selected, together, up or down my Queue.
Currently, in the Queue menu, the only options allowed are:
1.)To select 1 (or multiple) Items at a time to ‘Remove from Queue‘, or
2.)To move 1 Item individually up or down my Queue.
**You cannot move multiple selected Items at the same time (except for ‘Removing from Queue’).**
Reasoning:
**I have countless times lost my queue (or queue Items) which I tend to use as a temp playlist while trying to put them in the order I’d like played.
Example: Like… I’m listening to Spotify, and searching new items. I see new stuff I’d like so I…
1.) click add to queue (and a playlist),
2.) then go into the queue, and manually move it way up in my Queue to the next few to play. One by One. Every. Single. Time.
**However, so many times it gets messed up and it skips my current Queue’d item, leaving me to go back in and find what I was listening to, add it, and the other item I wanted to the Queue. Then manually 1 by 1 move each item to the top of my Queue.**
***Or I’ll move devices and my entire Queue gets deleted because of the device switching, and I need to do all the work of making another Queue’d list.***
**Not being able to move multiple Items at once in my Queue makes it painstakingly slow and difficult to organize it.**
I want my Queue upgraded/updated to enhance Spotify, making the already best app, the most innovative one as well, and REALLY to save me countless hours of redo’ing my Queues and making playing Items (aka music, podcasts, radio, etc) the easiest and most intuitive that it can be.
