Setting to turn off AI generated material

I am getting more and more AI generated suggestions. I have to research if what I am being suggested to listen to is AI which is ruining the experience. I want to support human artists and authors. I also care deeply about our environment. We do not need data centers. We need more connections which Spotify does through music but I'm not interested in anything AI generated nor do I want to research my suggestions to see if they are human. A simple setting switch like Firefox does would be helpful and sharing the option as much as possible would show Spotify cares about authenticity and not just the bottom line.

AI is amazing - I have experience building DNNs and U-net concepts, prompt construction, etc.  There is a time and place for it, however.  Frankly, there are artists out there doing "amazing" things, like setting up bands with fake band members with fake personas and backstories, where only after reading through the fine-print of their website do we find out that all of the content is AI-generated. I want to listen to content based on people's individual talent that they have worked hard to develop.

My Discovery Weekly is getting spammed with AI **bleep**. People create fake personas to trick people to thinking this is a real living artist, how is this okay (e.g. James Prophet). Detecting and flagging AI content should be fairly simple, there are already tools for this. I don't want to hear AI music.

Spotify should give listeners a way to identify and block AI-generated artists, not just label them. Many users want human-created music only, and AI tracks in recommendations make discovery worse. Please add a real-artist filter and an option to exclude AI artists from all algorithmic playlists and radio features.  Like the previous commenter, my Discovery list is nearly entirely dominated by AI artists and the music is so generic, repetitive, hollow, soulless. I'm totally frustrated and it has me looking for alternatives.

notified and be able to opt out of AI generated content!!!

I'm switching to Tidal next year if you don't start labelling AI music. SLOPify needs to figure it out.

Recently I heard songs by NOAH NINE.  I actually liked the songs. I added to playlist. Then I discovered that Noah Nine was NOT a human singer.  I removed all from playlist.  I do not want ANY songs that do not come from HUMAN musician. I don't want them in any playlist of mine.  I do not want them recommended or suggested to me at all.  I would like to see a BLOCK ALL AI generated music check box in the settings.  If checked, then i want Noah Nine, and ALL other AI generated music blocked completely.  It is NOT SATISFACTORY for Spotify to simply tell me that it's AI generated. I want it blocked completely.

Totally agree there should be a way to opt out of having AI music suggested. I also think AI generated music should be in it's own genre and not mixed in with human artists. I also agree that mixing it in and not making it clear if it is an AI artist is ruining my listening enjoyment and experience.
