Shared Song Add to Queue - Check if Playback is On

When you click a Spotify link that would start playback, if you are currently listening to music, either:

a) show a dialogue that has options "play now" and "add to queue"

b) automatically add to queue

c) enable some combination of these behaviors in settings

This issue has been raised in some form or another many times. I've done some hard work putting together a master post that brings everyone together under a single issue that will hopefully finally get attention from Spotify.

I agree! I don't want shared music to interrupt MY music... but I will give it a listen... in the queue...
