I think Spotify should lean more into that.

It would be great to:

• See upcoming concerts of the artists I listen to
• Choose to mark “I’m attending”
• Optionally see and connect with other people who are going too

Beyond concerts, Spotify could also help you connect with people who have similar music taste:

• Similar artists
• Similar diversity of genres
• Similar listening habits

Not as a dating app, just as a natural way to connect through music.

Everything should be optional and privacy-based.

You choose if you want to be visible or interact.

Music brings people together.

Spotify could help make that happen.
