Turn screen off

My tv has pretty good sound in my room and I’d love to listen to music while sleeping but the current dark mode is too bright for me. YouTube has an option on Roku if you press the asterisk to turn off display, something like this would help a lot.

does it really turn it off? or it just shows a black screen. if its the first its maybe an integrated feature in the tv not an app only thing. if its the latter it might be doable but it will still show a degree of light. you should maybe turn down the brigthness.
