[Web Player] Allow playlist sorting

You removed sorting on web player in an anti-consumer move to push people onto your stand-alone apps. This is a false issue you made up. Please fix your own issue and allow playlists to be sorted on web.

I will not install your stand alone app on my desktop.

This is especially annoying since I can't get the Spotify app to work on my work computer and thus can only use the webplayer right now. Maybe they'll hire some of the devs from Grooveshark T_T

The proper Spotify App is completely blocked at my place of work and so my only way to access Spotify here is via the Web Player.

Is extremely annoying that my playlists can only be modified by waiting 'til I get home and then digging out a laptop to do it (I can't afford paying double for Spotify Premium so am unable to do it with my smartphone). 😕

I have Chrome OS and it is extremely frustrating that the sort options are limited when I access the web app. I pay for premium and the fact that my ability to use Spotify on this OS is limited is unacceptable.

I can't believe this has been an issue for over two years... Does anyone have any clue when this will be fixed? I feel like this would be a relatively easy fix, since the playlist-sorting function already exists for the desktop application. This is making me question Spotify's commitment to its customers... 😕

Incredible that they don't even come to explain "It's not possible because of ..." or "We don't give a darn, we want you tu use the PC program, not the web player".

I agree with what people said here, I think that is a really easy thing to solve, so I really don't understand that, in more than two years, they didn't resolve this annoying problem.

BUMP!! Why has this not been adressed yet?!? Obviously there is a desire for sorting in the online web player, and this really cannot be that hard of a feature to fix.  It is available in the desktop app, but that completely excludes the community that relies on the web player.  When are we gonna see our voices heard Spotify?!

Yep, I'm definitely going to reconsider continuing my Premium account. This is beyond ridiculous. Should ANOTHER 2 years go by before anyone from Support addresses this matter? Unreal.

People use the web app out of convenience and many times because it is the only way they can use spotify at the present moment (My case using hospital WiFi). Having full functionality like sorting playlist order and sorting songs within playlsits is ESSENTIAL to the spotify experience.

Seems to be plenty of responses and kudos from the community. Spotify please look into this or atleast give us some type of update PLEASE.
